1. Overview
HiTechFiller stands behind the quality of every product we manufacture. As a leading B2B supplier of hyaluronic acid dermal fillers and medical aesthetics products, we are committed to ensuring that our business partners receive products that meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and quality.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused and in its original, unopened condition
- The product is in its original packaging with all labels and seals intact
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals
- Products not in their original condition or packaging
- Custom or special orders manufactured to specific requirements
- Products with expired shelf life at the time of return request
- Products purchased more than 30 days prior to the return request
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our sales team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days
- Securely package the product in its original packaging and clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package
- Ship the product to the address provided with your Return Authorization
Please note: Returns sent without a valid Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Processing time is within 14 business days after we receive and approve the returned product
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting [email protected]
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damage or defect
- We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs
- Damaged or defective products do not require return shipping — we will provide instructions for disposal
7. Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was shipped in error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for returns
- HiTechFiller is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit
- For defective products, we will cover all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement
8. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item:
- Follow the same process as outlined in the Return Process section above
- The original product must meet all eligibility requirements for returns
- Price differences will be refunded or invoiced accordingly
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
